ARENA

ARENA RAPTURE (DVD)

Arena – neo-prog-rock giants founded in 1995 by two celebrities of the scene: Mick Pointer (ex-Marillion) and Clive Nolan (Pendragon, Shadowland, Strangers on A Train, Caamora). Together with guitarist John Mitchell (Frost) and bassist John Jowitt (IQ), and with the relatively new addition of charismatic Paul Manzi (Oliver Wakeman Band) on the vocals, the band return with a brand new DVD “Rapture” to claim their rightful place at the head of the contemporary prog movement. Filmed in 2011 at Teatr Њl№ski in Katowice, Poland, shortly after the release of “The Seventh Degree of Separation” album, the DVD features a wide cross-section of Arena’s music, with material ranging from the tracks from the band’s very first release up to their latest songs. The DVD also features an interview with Mick Pointer and Clive Nolan, additional “Live in Warsaw, 2011” footage, photo gallery, discography information, and desktop images!
