After three album releases (Words Of Nostradameus – 2000, The Prophet Of Evil – 2001 and The Third Prophecy – 2003) and lots of tour gigs and festival performances (a.o. European tour with EDGUY, European tour with HAMMERFALL and MASTERPLAN, WACKEN OPEN AIR, ...) the time has come for the fourth release of the Swedish band around singer Freddy Persson and guitar player Jake Freden. With their new album ”HELLBOUND“, Nostradameus will present the most advanced and original album in the bands history.

After the usual musical evolution and growing process of a band, the 5 guys from Gothenburg (Sweden) have found their own sound and style with this album. Modern and heavy guitar riffs – spiced up with melodic licks and leads which crush on aggressive, but altogether still melodic vocal- and hooklines.

No need to say, but HELLBOUND will attract fans of traditional Metal as well as fans of modern, more aggressive oriented Metal sounds.

The lyrics of the upcoming album contain personal experiences and incidents as well as political topics of the current world – divided in old and new and good and evil. It’s enough to take a look at the cover artwork to get this message confirmed.

HELLBOUND was produced and mixed at the well known ROASTING HOUSE STUDIOS in Malmo (Sweden) by Anders "Theo" Theander who managed to achieve a powerful, yet well-balanced harmonic sound.
